BIO

Prior to joining SWT Design in 2021, Cory spent 10 years diversifying his knowledge base and work experience in a variety of situations ranging from community planning / development, master planning, site design, construction administration, and graphic design.

With a strong passion for urban design, Cory has dedicated a majority of his professional career understanding the dynamic relationships between the social, cultural, and ecological aspects of urban life and the unique juxtapositions resulting from their coalesce.

Cory manages, leads, and collaborates with multidisciplinary design teams to combine the art of modifying the built environment with environmental stewardship to continually improve the quality of our urban, ecological, and social environments.

Working directly with distinguished landscape architects and planners, duties included a wide range of responsibilities; including proposal writing, conceptual/schematic design, presentation graphics, construction documentation, construction administration, project management, and client relationship management. I have gained working experience as a lead designer and project manager in every aspect of site design, including cost analysis, technical specifications, materials research, code research, site analysis, and master planning.
